Our shipping policy
Fliplab ships across Australia. We offer an affordable, flat shipping rate by location as set out below. Additional fees may apply to more remote regional areas – we will advise you if this applies at the time you place your order. Please contact us for a shipping estimate if your delivery address is in NT or Tas.
Melbourne Metro: We use a local transport service. Items will be hand unloaded by the driver and lightly wrapped or protected with foam wrap. Please have appropriate parking available and a safe space to leave the items placed flat on the floor and in a dry area where they will not get damaged. Your assistance may be required to unload especially if there are stairs.
Outside of Melbourne: Your order will come wrapped and strapped between heavy MDF sheets in a crate set up. These crates are extremely heavy eg up to 300kgs. The transport company will offload at ground level eg driveway, footpath and will not carry the items inside. You will be required to unpack and move your items into your installation location or a safe storage space at the time of delivery, so please ensure you have help! Please store you items flat on the floor and in a dry area free from risk of damage.
Shipping can take 1+ weeks depending on location. We will send you tracking information at time of order.
