2. Orders and acceptance

2.1 Order placement

When you place an order through our website or following a quotation, you are making an offer to purchase Products in accordance with these Terms.

2.2 Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. An order is accepted once payment has been received in full and production has commenced.

2.3 Changes to orders

All Products are custom‑made to order. You may request changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it. Any changes after this time may not be possible and, if accepted, may result in additional costs and lead‑time changes.

3. Custom manufacture

All Fliplab Products are made to order based on the specifications you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that all dimensions, quantities, finishes and selections are correct before placing your order.

Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged for change of mind.

4. Product information, finishes and materials

4.1 Images and samples

Product images, renders and samples are provided as a guide only. Colours and finishes may appear different due to screen settings, lighting conditions and material characteristics. We highly recommend you order and inspect a physical sample of the material through us and review a full sheet image of the material to see grain or pattern characteristics across the material as small samples are often not representative of the appearance on a larger scale.

4.2 Colour and finish variation

Minor variations in colour, sheen, grain or texture may occur between Products, batches or over time. These variations are inherent to manufactured and natural materials and are not defects.

4.3 Natural materials

Products made using natural materials may display characteristics such as knots, grain variation and tonal differences. These are natural features and not faults.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Full payment is required at the time of order. Payments are processed via third‑party payment providers. Fliplab does not store credit card details.

6. Lead times, delivery and delays

6.1 Lead times

Production and delivery timeframes are estimates only. Lead times may vary due to material availability, production scheduling or circumstances outside our control.

6.2 Delivery

Delivery is to ground level only, to the nearest accessible point. Delivery does not include carrying indoors, unpacking or installation.

6.3 Delays

Fliplab is not liable for any losses, costs or damages arising from delivery delays, including but not limited to builder delays, loss of income or accommodation costs.

7. Inspection and damage

You must inspect Products immediately upon delivery.

Any damage, defects or discrepancies must be reported to Fliplab within 3 days of delivery, supported by clear photographs of the Products and packaging.

Products must not be installed before inspection. Installation of damaged or incorrect Products voids any entitlement to remedy.

8. Installation and use

Installation is the sole responsibility of the customer. Fliplab recommends professional installation by a qualified installer.

Fliplab is not responsible for damage, defects or losses arising from improper installation, site conditions, moisture exposure or misuse.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where a Product is found to have a major failure, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund under the ACL. For non‑major failures, Fliplab may choose to repair or replace the Product.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fliplab’s liability is limited to the value of the Products supplied.

Fliplab is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of use or third‑party costs.
